I don't need to trust you, I
know. You're not being massively original or clever, trust
me.
But what you're talking about is the unreliability of observation and empirical knowledge, so they basically become complete leaps of faith. But if you go down THAT route you're opening a gigantic can of worms. (For the record, this is actually my line of thinking, but I also recognise that you can't actually live with this view).
