I don't think Vykekrs could clone meeches. To replicate the DNA and make a deady Meech body is one thing, but to actually give it life is another. If they took elements of Mudokon technology-the Ressurection Totems, and added it to some sort of cloning system to copy out the DNA and form Meech flbodies, which would then be brought to life by the Totems' spooce they could have living Meeches, but as Slaveless said, they'd eventually die out through mutations from inbreeding, or due to Industrialist greed. Vykkers and Gluks strike me mroe as the 'fast cash' type of industrilists than ones who conserve methods of making money. Gabbits and Meeches are the perfect example.
And, looking at that picutere of the tanks in the Lab, I didn't see anything Meech-like. I saw ythings that looked like monster seahorses, mutant gabbits, normal gabbits and (Most unusually) a Drakkic from S'laskia's fanfiction, but I saw no meechlike creatures.
