The Customer Support sucks...
I got banned 4 months. After reporting my account being hacked and taken over.
The guy said they were testing if my secret question worked. : /
So, First. FOUR months. That's a while for a reply. Yeah, They have alot of players. BUt they should have more people.
Alos tey want me to send a passport to them to un-ban me. It's not worth the trouble.
