Charger looked at Elfair as she stepped up at Jack, not knowing for sure if she could restrain herself. But after a bit, he felt she could and wnet out to explore the hallway a bit more.
He couldn't explain why it was so empty here. There were some offices down the hall, but no-one seemed to be working there. The hallway was lit by some ceiling lights and fresh air was provided trough a series of large air vents.
He snuk down the hall a bit, peeking around a corner. At the very end of the hallways, which was quite a long way back, he noticed some sort of security booth with a door which apparently could only be opened by the person inside. Unfortunatly, the booth was on the other side of the door and they had no way of getting there.
Just as he was about to go back to the room, he saw someone walking up to the booth, and a bit later the door opened. Shit, that person was heading right their way!
He hurried back to Elfair, recieving the phone and the gun.
'I can't handle a gun, paws are to big to handle a human contraption like that,' he said and patted his paws on his body. 'And I have no place to stash that phone, since I have no clothes on. You better keep it.'
He grabbed her wrist and dragged her along.
'But we realy gotta get going now,' he said as he looked around the hallway for an escape route. After a few seconds, he focused on the air vents, and ripped out one of the panels.
'Quick, get up there,' he said, peeking around the corner. The guy was coming closer. But, was suddenly called back by the man in the booth, buying them some time.
