ooc: Sorry, I did post yesterday but it was deleted.
Sorry Gretin, forgot about that one

. well it doesn't really matter except abou getting his feathers singed. In his panic it wasn't the most important thing on his mind, and finding he couldn't change he might have beeen worried about other powers he'd lost.
On with the show.
Pseok vaguely heard someone call his name. He stirred slowly, trying to remember what he'd been doing. When some animal suddenly appeared and started licking him he yelled and flopped over and pushed himself onto his feet. He regarded the animal somewhat wearily, this creature was something he'd never encountered before, but despite its size it looked no more dangerous than a bunny rabbit. Pseok edged somewhat uneasily away. A roar overhead suddenly reminded him what was going on and he yelled out, "Dave?"

Elfair snarled at the man's back as he left, though he was facing the wrong way and didn't notice. (Which was probably a good thing, she noted some time later).
She couldn't bear to lie staring at the door any longer and turned her head to find herself looking at her own reflection in the mirror. It was something she hadn't seen for a long time and she lay staring at it, almost like two angry cats threatening each other. She suddenly thought of the people she suspected to be watching her on the other side of the mirror and turned to stare at the ceiling.
For once she had no idea what to do. Part of her (coincidentally the same part of her who was imagining feeling the man's flesh between her teeth at that point) wanted to scream and fight and rip at the straps that held her until either they broke or she died of exhaustion, whichever came first.
The other side of her told her to bide her time. To wait, to an extent comply with her captors (whatever that might mean) until she could take a better time to escape. The thought of what that might include was not enouraging, but as this was the same voice who'd determinedly told her what the man had done to her was wrong, she was enclined to give it a chance.
So now desperate with hunger and frantic with helplessness, she forced herself to relax.
And waited.
