Streak rolled her eyes. "If I knew what I thought you weren't telling us I wouldn't have stopped you. Now sure, to me it's obvious: we go into town, find Charger, and save him. But I get the feeling you know more than you're telling is all."

(OOC: T-Nex, it's cool, but I'm going to tweak it a bit, since Dave is a human from somewhere else)
Dave hissed in pain when the gun was knocked from his hand again. And then when the green light hit him, he felt strange. Almost like he couldn't move.
Hehe, I wanna know what's so special about you... You're just a normal kid. You don't even seem from around here.
Dave tried to move. With much effort, he began crawling towards the gun again. It wasn't easy; he felt a thousand times heavier. It was almost like in a dream, where you are trying to run as fast as you can, but you can't seem to move much faster than a snail. But he was, in fact, moving. He knew that Akky had a total advantage over him now, but that was unimportant. He needed to get at that gun.
A tremendous roar flashed from overhead. Dave knew what it was, and started to panic. He moved faster, but still far too slowly.
Fisher was closing the distance ... he didn't intend to kill the boy ... but to capture him. And it was nearly done.

Punch came upon a figure on the ground. It looked like a big ... bird. But it was breathing heavily. It looked like it had been thrown there.
Punch felt worried, and did what any worried pet might do if it sensed an injury in it's owner: began licking at its face, trying to wake it up. It didn't occur to Punch that the saliva on his tongue would burn the Big Bird.
