Dave groaned angrily when Akky knocked his gun away. He kicked out at the cat, not really caring whether he struck him or not, then dove for the gun. He thought fleetingly about what would happen if he shot Akky, decided he couldn't get away with it, then grasped it.

(Havoc and T Nex will likely remember the character I'm reviving now, even if not by name.)
Name: Punch
Species: Marsilander
Info: A small mammalian creature whose saliva has incendiary properties. Quasi-sentient, has basic speech. Understandably causes much trouble. Art was once hired to try and catch Punch, but was "saved" when Art was distracted by meeting Charger and the others.

Punch had gone on his merry way after setting fire to the stinky old man house. This had been only a few days ago, when that Very Bad Man had been hunting him in the woods. Was it so terrible that he started fires? It wasn't always like he meant to. Usually. But still!
Punch had made his way north, mostly running. He could be quick if he wanted to. He didn't really have a place to go up north; it was just something to do.
Imagine his surprise at coming upon that same Very Bad Man here, talking with a Big Cat Man and a Big Orange Cat.
No time for that. He smelled ... fire. Not far. Maybe three hundred yards. But ... it was in the sky. Odd.
No matter. Punch was a clever marsilander. He'd find whatever was making that fire. Maybe they could be friends.

Fisher-Dragon unleashed a loud, hellish chuckle. Short bursts of flame sputtered out of its nostrils as he laughed.
Now was the time to take the boy and go. With Pseok out of the way for this brief moment, Fisher-Dragon felt it had more than enough time to take the boy.
It turned and looked down at the lakeshore and, sure enough, there he was. Akky, foolish cat that he was, had knocked away the boy's infernal weapon. Marvelous, the dragon thought. I suppose that cat served a purpose after all.
But the boy was already reaching for the gun. Fisher-Dragon's eyes narrowed, and after a brief hesitation it lunged forward towards the shore.
