I really don't think Hobo's constant taunting of Havoc (Calling him a "Tiger fucker," for example) is what I'd call idle teasing.

Hobo's an asshole, and he's just pulling this shit because he's online. If anyone called one of my friends something to the effect of what Hobo's calling Havoc in real life, I'd smash his face.
