Yeah, but because they're in the same can doesn't mean they were in the same family. Munch needs to fertilize them, but they have their own set of unique DNA from their mothers. If Gabbits lay many eggs at one time, then most incestual problems would be eliminated in a few generations.
Not to mention that Munch is a wildlife species and most of the Gabbits probably won't be aware that they'll be doing something incestual...And, like Used said, they probably aren't all from the same family anyway. Besides, it's required to repopulate the species.
