People are gonna say that the films are just games that have been made into films, like Tomb Raider or Silent Hill, rather than stories that have been told in the videogame and film mediums. But if and when the films are released, Oddworld and it's fans will suddenly find them'ourselves in the spotlight.
There are dangers with this though. I'm seeing crappy Oddworld toys in Happy Meals and cereal boxes. Exactly the kind of corporate evils that Oddworld speaks out against. Lets hope it doesn't come to that.
