Ninjaxe, changing artists is an issue that can affect several media, but Oddworld has managed to remain unscathed. The excellent filing system and detailed notes made by the conceptual artists help future artists to recreate the characters accurately. The changing style only affects new creations. I doubt it has anything to do with the movie.
