No, all the Outlaws in the game are the same species. There's just a tremendous amount of variation within the species, even within the same family, as in the case of Jo' Mamma and her children.

Then again, who's to say that if Raider and McBoomBoom were the result of cross-breeding, that the others weren't as well? Because I refuse to believe that the Bootys particular 'variation' of outlaw has
any relation to your standard hump-back minion. I just cannot except that as even being probable.
