Here is one during SoulStorm Brewery. I was somewhere, possibly near a boiler because of levers and gears gallore. Abe had already received his power to Heal sick Mudokons from the poison of the Brew. I was crawling around on the ceiling hanging on the pipes to the boiler and some to the various places of SoulStorm Brewery. In a room, a slig was talking to a Glukkon Administrive. The slig was terrified with sweat all over him. The Glukkon was screaming, his face more red than usual Glukkon's.
"Well get that blue terrorist now! 'Ou think I spent my life working here for nothing?! If he destroys SoulStorm, we're all screwed! "
The Glukkon got into the scared Slig's face,
"Well do 'ya?!"
"N-no sir! We are sending our Alpha Squads right away!"
"Good! Now get-a going before I assign you as shooting practice!"
I was hanging off of a few used up pipes. It gave way and I fell pretty far down.
"Wahhhh!"
Eventually, I landed... in the Slig Barracks.
"Ooff!!"
With my bad luck, my whimper alerted two sligs and a flying-slig.
"What was that?"
"I dunno."
"I think I see him! Here boy!"
The flying-slig had seen me. I ran avoiding Greeters and jumping over pipes as best as I could. I had found some crates in a dead-end room.
"Uhh where'd he go?"
"Hey you! Come here!"
Another Glukkon administrive was calling the flying-slig.
"Do it!"
The Glukkon and slig were zapped from the teleporter. A familiar giggle came from the opposite side of the room in some shadows. It was Abe. This was my chance to journalize him. Abe had spot me and was wanting me to join him.
"Hello. Follow me."
"Okay."
I would have liked to stop and interrogate him, but the rest of the Mudokons would have never been saved, would they? I followed Abe to an elevator where we found a group of Mudokons scrubbing the floor. With just our luck, they were all depressed. One was insane.
"Stop it!" Abe yelled.
"No." The crazy Mudokon was running in circles screaming "Abe's over here! Over here!"
"Geeze will you just shu' up? I'll strangle you if you don'!"
I didn't relize the Mudokon was crazy since I had no experience like Abe. So I was charging at the Mudokon hoping to shut the Mudokon up so we wouldn't be found and killed.
"Wait! Don't do it!"
A command from Abe meant it was important, so I attempted to stop but....
"Ups!"
I had tripped over a lever which dropped the insane Mudokon falling to his doom. Of course I did not tell the other Mudokons in my clan when I told them the journalization of Abe or they would never have given me the second chance. Abe looked at me and then the trapped door. The depressed Mudokons were going ballistic talking out loud saying how they had no way of freedom and some were planning suicides with their 'buddies'.
"Now look what you did."
Abe looked so mad -and he was. He went over to the Mudokons to comfort them, but one Mudokon never forgave me, instead he grabbed my throat and shoved me down a well which ended up throwing me upward.
"Aww Scrab Cakes. I mess eveyth'n up."
The room I had landed on was near several Mudokons.
"Either this place is freedom or I am in a room full of nothing but Slave Labor. Hello! Where am I?"
The Mudokon I was talking to stood up and franticly moved his hand in the air.
"Wh-where are you? Is it you Abe? Are you finally here?! I heard that you were comming our way! Listen everyone! Abe is over here!"
"Where?"
These Mudokons were blind. I tried to tell them that I wasn't Abe that I was Glin, but they expected I was still going to help them all escape. Being banned, I had never received the skill to chant properly, or even chant at all for that matter.
"Well, Erm. Follow me?"
It was more of a declaration than a question. Mudokons tripped and fell, punched, and kicked all the way over to me. I snapped into my senses that they didn't know where they were going.
"Stop!"
"Oof- kay."
Mudokons bumped into eachother for a while. There was at least 16 of them.
There was an exit at my left and a Slig voice-lock at my right.
"Okay everyone. Follow me."
I told them to sneak, just in case. We took the left path for a while, until it came to an opening revealing the depths of the mine. And to my suprise, Alpha Squad was heading my way. Flying-Sligs were everywhere and there were Slogs sniffing the paths.
"May my curse be a gift right now and Odd be with me..."
I took a deep breath and rolled out of the room. And-
To be Continued
The Prophecy: Stated 324 years ago.
A cursed will be born.
Clumsier than the norm.
For years he will devastate,
but it is still not too late.
To change his fate from knuckle-head to hero.
He is an unfound zero.
Born to nag,
His name will be Glin Slagg.
In his future this will change.
He will show he's not deranged.
Helping to save our race,
Chalenges and death he will face.
To survive is not his task,
But to do so, his fame will last...
