I agree with Mr. Rex, levelling up is possible this time round. Possible and very easy. I'm like, almost level 20 here. Rare items are most frequent, also.

I think that the compass and fast travelling are the worst cheats this game has. You can finish the main quest in 5 hours flat using a combination of both of those.
