Gonna buy the game very soon, but my friend said stuff like you can get bit by a vampire during the night while sleeping. Is there any other crap like there? e.g. Werewolves, Zombies?
And is there any HUGE sea monsters in it? I heard there was giant crabs, but I mean like a huge tentacle or snake coming out the sea.

You can be a vampire. No werewolves...
and you kill a few zombies here and there.
and no aquatic life besides tiny little slaughterfish.
