After all, if their lower jaw is fixed and the upper jaw is the moving one (Forget where I got that from, mighta been OW.com, mighta been Max) then whose to say their skeletal system isn't different in other parts of the body as well (After all if they only have two legs, their skeleton must work different to conventional dogs purely to move).
