They might be consciusly holding their heads up off the floor, or their bodies are just very light. (I.e very small brain. Also the lack of noticeable ears or of eyes also reduces weight due to there being less organs in the head). And I kinda agree with Max, when I run I can crouch and lean forward, yet if I stop I start to fall. Maybe slog bodies are built in a way that their legs are fixed downwards, so their legs can't slip out and their legs stay rigid in that position, or it might be thir waists fixed in that position so they can't have their bodies pushed upwards. After all, if their lower jaw is fixed and the upper jaw is the moving one (Forget where I got that from, mighta been OW.com, mighta been Max) then whose to say their skeletal system isn't different in other parts of the body as well (After all if they only have two legs, their skeleton must work different to conventional dogs purely to move).
