Having read that account Dip, I gotta say that that girl should have NO chance in hell of winning the cas, if your friend's account is true. Picking somebody up and moving them is not molestation, that girl is a lying b**ch. Unfortunately, the 'aww, cute girls don't lie' mentality will probably increase her chances, plus the fact that whenever someone is accused of rape or molestation, they always getc put under a guilty spotlight by the press, all those hearing the case htink they're guilty etc. Good luck to your friend.
Also, if these technicalities abotu rape and molesting are true, some of my friends have raped each other (wet wilies were very common in my year about 4 years ago), and do molest each other. Which is idiotic. This is a case of refer to my signature, these sort of technicalities shouldn't or exist and wouldn't if I could do anything about it, which I can't.
