I remember early on in school career seeing 2001: A Space Odyssey on a book report list. I was amped about something like that so I took. Goddamn, that book was boring!
The HAL parts, especially how HAL was killed were cheesier than Chester Cheetah in a kiddie pool of Velveeta listening to Manowar albums.
The book even had the balls to say it was the "best science fiction novel of all time".
Back on topic, though.
The Saw movies are so effing overrated. I had somebody say they put it up there with Silence of the Lambs and Se7en as one of the best serial killer movies of all time.
The movies had shitty acting and terrible lens/camera work. To top it all off: easy to see "twists", the second one especially.
