[Abeguy]

Well, when I write this, I keep on asking myself, "what exactly would I do if I met the OW legends?" sure it may sound immature, but hey, thats probably what I'd do




After a while of watching him run around, we calmed him down enough atleast to get rid of the running and yelling. I took a good look at him and he looked at me back with a bit more curiosity than me.
"Abe?" I asked, making sure this was all real.
"How d'you know my name?" he asked.
I went ahead and told him the same thing I told stranger. He looked at me like I was crazy.
"Munch too?" he asked, with quite the similar face Stranger had, "And two of these...games, were only of me?" that made him smile. Watching those leather straps stretch like that made me smile. Really, It was the feeling of watching my favorite video game character in a whole new light.
"So what izit exactly that you want with me?" Abe inquired
"Well," Stranger said, "this here fella...wait," he turned to me,
"You know both of our names and all we know about you is that you know tons about us. What is your name anyway?"
umm...this was a tough decision for me. I could tell them my real name, I didn't have anything to hide. But I could start my own chosen made up name it this real life MMORPG. But I didn't want them to remember me as a different name, even if I would never know if they remembered me or not.
"Phillip," I said.
"Well thats a weird name," Stranger remarked.
"Well, I don't go around calling myself, Stranger," I shot back.
"Ouch, Touche," he said back.
Abe chuckled and then looked back at us.
"So whudizit exactly that you want with me again?" he asked, raising a lack of eyebrow.
"Well Phill here wanted to meet you, I guess. And he tells me that you could help me." Stranger said.
"Help you with what?" Abe inquired. Raising his forehead again.
"To help bag a few no good outlaws," He said. Looking as if it was no biggy.
"Nope, no can do, I'm retired," Abe said a-matter-of-factly, crossing his arms.
"Well then, I'm sorry for wasting your time," Stranger said, turning toward the door.
"Stranger," I said, "For a bounty hunter, you sure do give up easily."
I knew I was being hard on him, but sure enough, he shrugged his shoulders and came back to my side.
"Now listen," I said, turning to Abe, "Its not life threatening like your previous journeys, just getting a few no good Outlaws who want to destroy the forest." I added in that last part cause I knew it would get his attention.
"Destroying the Forest, well, I'm not sure, ehh...what the hey, I'll come" he said, standing up.
"And if all else fails," I added, "you could always become Shrykull." a flicker of mad happiness went through his eyes.
"yeah," he said, chuckling. We could obviously tell he would enjoy that.
"So, we gonna go?" Stranger asked, "I say we better get leaving soon.
"Yeah, we better get going," I said, and we headed toward the door.
We got out and all the villagers stopped and looked at us. Abe gave a weak wave and instantly the crowd started applauding and woohooing. He was obviously a much bigger celebritey than I thought. What was I talking about, he probably saved half of these guys. We were about to go when Stranger stopped me.
"You sure you wanna go out like that?" pointing at my current attire. I hadn't really thought of it, but I was still in my boxers and shirt, luckily they didn't know that they were boxers, and probably thought they were just shorts.
"uhh..." I said, not exactly knowing what to say.
"Whatever, just take these and go put them on," He said, taking a set of clothes out of his pack and tossing them to me. I went back into the building and put them on. They were a bit loose, but I took the belt and tightened it up, I looked in a primitive mirror. I looked awesome, like some manga adventurer wear, like Final Fantasy or something. I went out and went back over to Stranger.
"That'll have to do for now," he said.
Abe looked down at his loincloth, looked back at us and shrugged.
"I don't know whats up with you and all that clothing," he said.
Stranger and I laughed, it was pretty funny.
"Well, Freddy isn't gonna be waiting for us," Stranger said. I nodded, I guess we did have to go. So we headed for a path that Abe told us would go the way we wanted and we were off.

Stranger stopped for a bit, looked at me, and said
"How did you end up going with me anyway?" Stranger asked.
"I don't know," I said, and laughed to myself, "but where would I go if I didn't?"
"Uhh..." He said, thinking to himself.
"Just forget it," I said, and started after Abe, who was quite a ways ahead of us already.
"Ahh fine, but just don't slow me down!" he yelled after me.
"I won't!" I yelled back, "you just gotta keep up!"
With that, he bent down on all fours and before I knew it, he was right where I was.
He obviously missed the company of a human and kinda enjoyed it. As if he already looked down on me like some slightly annoying kid brother.
"Whats keeping you?" Abe yelled back at us, and we hurried and caught up with him.



Oddworld is GREAT!!!
