Although possible, your plan lacks somewhat in one place - the Mudokons are not trying to become the masters of the Glukkons. In fact they are trying their hardest not to do that. That would be easy. They could do that.
But what they must do is not that, but work through, gradually changing the balance of power and find a 'middle way'. One where the Glukkons are not haunted by their humiliating past, but can produce good produce at no expence to the land for the Khanzumerz, wher the Vykkers can carry their experiments taking into consideration the Fuzzles' rights, and the Mudokons can live once more their peaceful ways, maybe even helped by the other races.
To simply rule over would not be an end to the conflict.
