3. Whoa, Sekto. Whoa. Whoa. Dry sponge on the chair? She's a kid! She's obviously a little idiot skank, but that doesn't mean she needs the chair. Hell, if she were my kid, here's how it would break down. To be honest, I would believe her at first, if she were my kid. But, if her story continued to change, I would drop the whole case, force an apology letter out of her, maybe make her talk to some people who actually had been molested so she could learn how serious it is, and then Gilligan's Island for a year.

If said child did in fact make such an accusation, I'd imagine that it would be the family situation that drove her to the way she was. If it was truly your kid and the situation was the same; chances are you wouldn't give a damn what she was doing, and that's why she acted out.
