2. She's 11? Good God. Is it possible she just misused the word "molested?" Like, maybe she thought it meant something else, and her parents were convinced that she actually meant molested?

3. Whoa, Sekto. Whoa. Whoa. Dry sponge on the chair? She's a kid! She's obviously a little idiot skank, but that doesn't mean she needs the chair. Hell, if she were my kid, here's how it would break down. To be honest, I would believe her at first, if she were my kid. But, if her story continued to change, I would drop the whole case, force an apology letter out of her, maybe make her talk to some people who actually had been molested so she could learn how serious it is, and then Gilligan's Island for a year.
Gilligan's Island, btw, is what my father calls a form of punishment where the following things are revoked:
telephone
computer (schoolwork excepted)
radio
television
fun
However, if I can make a battery out of coconuts, I'm free to use it to power any appliance I want.
That's what I would do.
