That is really sucky, mate. I swear girls are always believed more than guys nowadays (though in the olden days it was probably opposite). If court had some sort of lie-detector, she would be ground down to dust in her argument instantly. I reckon the parents know she's lying and are trying to make some profit from it. In a perfect world, you could say 'Well she grabbed my balls' or something . But yeah, you'll probably have to put up with a bloody biased court judgement. Hopefully it'll rule insufficient evidence.

But look on the bright side;
She can't change her story in court or it's pretty much automatically game over, due to that meaning that one of her stories HAD to be a lie. Lying in court is an offence, heheheh.
