Yea people like that suck bigtime. And the ****ed up thing is, she doesn't even need to prove it happened, your friend needs to prove it DIDN'T happen...
So unless he can do that in a trail, he's toast...
If it does go to court then the best strategy is to attack the girl's credibility. Dig around in the past of both her and her parents, see if they ever had stuff like this or similar cases in a court and then hand that info over to whoever is representing your friend. But whatever you do, don't lie. Never, ever. If they catch you lieing only once, your screwed, because they will focus their entire attack arsenal on that one lie and kill you with it. So look for info, but don't make stuff up.
