Gappiqu was thankful that Otto, Rick, that dark mud, and himself was unharmed, but seeing how Kilsa killed about 2 men, Gappiqu was furious. He never voted for him and he obviously knew Arnie never gave him permission to ride the trains. Gappiqu marched right into Kilsa's face and said with no rudity,"Sir, we're going to have to bring you to Arnie himself for this collsion."
