Seriously, have you people never touched a computer. Here's a quick lesson:
Press PrintScreen
Open your favourite image editing programme
Edit->Paste
Crop, resize to taste.
Hell, I'll even do it for you. And cut out the background as well. Just remember to save it to your computer
then upload it as an avatar. Don't just link it to my attachment.
