Ummm... Working from memory here; if you're standing where the Big-Bro Slig appears in the main factory hall, you run straight ahead until you go under the raised walkway. You get to a small room with a bunch of scrubs and some explosives crates. Look up and around. In one direction there is a ledge that you can jump to - I think you need some Bounce though.
