Hah, it's so strange to see a thread made by you in OT!

Creepy stuffs. We've never received any notices, but I know of at least one guy in my area--only from a personal experience, which I shall now share.

About two years ago, my friends Sarah and Chelsea were driving somewhere when they approached a stop sign. At the stop sign, a white truck was in front of them and strangely parked. The driver motioned my friends to go around, so Chelsea pulled her car up in the other lane carefully. When the two vehicles were side-by-side, a fat man got out, dropped his pants and started masturbating! Making the matter worse, Chelsea's car is a tiny sports car, low to the ground; his junk was right in the window of Sarah! So they sped off... Same thing happened to my friend Geneva, but she contacted the police. I don't think they found him that day.

Last school year (a year after this happened to my friends), my mom was driving me to school, and we approached a stop sign near the one I previously mentioned. A white truck. Driver motions us to go around... It suddenly hit me. But it was too late and my mom was pulling up, and for some reason, I couldn't get out a complete sentence. I turned away my eyes when I saw him step out, but my poor mom looked over to see what I was trying to say and saw nasty nastiness.

I told a few people about it, and some said they heard he had been caught. Whether that was before or after it happened to me, I don't know.
