[Havoc]

Charger made a paw gesture to Pseok as he helped them out.
'Thanks!' he shouted and then crawled to the small window looking into the car from the back. Art was driving pretty good. Better then he was flying the airplane anyway.
They went off an exit leading up to the top of the dam. Charger sat back for a moment.
'A vacation, Kix? Yea... would be nice. The last few days have been an absolute hell...'
Kaira put her muzzle on Charger's lap.
'Any idea to where we will be going?'
Charger shook his head.
'We'll see where the read leads us too,' he said as he got up and took a look over the roof of the car just as the drove over the dam. He looked down to his right, a huge height was next to him. Waaaaay down was a small river, running around the city of Los Santos. The dam here was obviously build for the sake of keeping the city dry. The valley the city was build in no doubt used to be a huge lake or something.
'Bless modern...' he started, but kept quiet as he looked up to a higher point of the dam. A figure was up there. He couldn't quite make out who or what it was, but something told him there was something wrong.
'Art, stop the car...' he said carefully. 'Stop it!'
