God, people.. have you ever considered that they will use some other creature's lung(like nate said)? And if that, for some reason, doesnt work... They can make an artificial lung... or if THAT doesnt work, they can keep her on life support (like many have said) long enough to either give birth to a female glukkon (like used
said) or (like dave said) get her hands on atleast ONE pair of gabit lungs!
