Oh boy, lets throw away all our civil rights because Bush says we're "at war" WITH TERAR!!11 He had ****ing memos on his desk about Osama's planned attacks and failed to read them, tapping people's phones is ridiculous . FISA does an EXCELLENT job and there has only been one instance where they have denied a warrant, it does not take that much... he is ONLY doing it to see if he can circumvent the law and push the envelope.
If all the other crap Bush has been doing doesn't piss you off, at the very least this should. At this point I'm starting to hope the terrorists do something huge just to teach America and the government a lesson, however immoral that may be.
