Brainstorming ideas for the wings. My idea is that Actra is the only Noctero with wings, the rest have fins like on the old "Male Noctero" drawing. There's a prophecy in Noctero lore that, every 300 years, a winged angel will be born to save the Noctero from peril. So Actra could be that angel, but the others would just think she's a freak with wierd fins. As her quest unfolds, her wings grow larger, and she gains more powers.
