Isn't this supposed to be a welcome thread? *Looks* Yep, seems to be in Welcomes and Birthdays... Not "Bitch at each other and the returning member" section. Surely that will only bring back problems of the past?

When someone comes back, we don't necessarily have to give them a warm welcome. Even though it is
recomended that we show nicety.
