So he's been there for 6 months without food or water? I'd say he's either dead (he does look dead in that first picture) or sneaking food and drink at nights. It's not even possbile to survive for that long. Surely if he hasn't been eating or drinking for that long he would be all skinny and fragile. But in that second picture he just looks like he had not eaten long ago. Unless that's a picture from when he started... I dunno.
