like Nate said, people aren't wired not to reproduce. Once you hit puberty, the reproducing urge kicks in, and since you're below the legal age for 'reproducing', you've usually got to work off the tension once in awhile. At least thats how I see it.

Thats how I see it. And Havoc even though you wouldnt get arrested I doubt you would want to have sex at 14-15. Unless you use a condom or you want a baby at that age.
