Oh come on, as if anyone gives a crap about legal limits concerning sex. If you want to have sex with your girlfriend or boyfriend when your 14 or 15 or whatever, go for it, have a blast. Not like you'll be arrested for doing so <.<.

Anyway, it's not about masturbation itself. It's about the fantasy you have about someone ELSE then your partner thats to point of discussion here. IMO it's perfectly fine to do so, if you want to. Some see it as unloyal, or strange or whatever.
I personaly don't call fantasizing the same as cheating. Cheating IMO is abusing the trust your lover has in you, but that doesn't include what you fantasize about. Besides, fantasies are things you make up and which don't realy happen and never will happen (most the time). I'm sure there a lot of guys and espcialy young kids who spank the night away with a huge poster of Shakira.

So generaly I don't mind it, but ofcourse there is a big diffrence between fantasizing about a popular hot pop idol, and your nextdoor neighboor. As a partner I would only start worrying and call it unloyal when my parter would fantasize about the neighboor or someone else in his school class.
