Having said that, the arms and left hand in my own picture are placed on really awkward angles and that bugs me. But I'm always my own worst critic.

Thats a very good habbit, actualy. I have the exact same. I keep making art, and when it's done I keep seeing stuff that needs to be better the next time. So I improve the next time and I see more flaws I need to improve on. And so it goes on, and you only get better and better at it. So it's not a bad thing to have at all
