Hmm... How do you know this necessarily means
illegal immigrants? Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you meant by "people who are supposed to be there." Did you mean illegals are outnumbering the legal immigrants? Or illegals outnumbering natural-born Americans? Or both types of immigrants outnumbering natural-borns?
