Ah man, it's SUCH a shame all that got scrapped from the game. It would have made MO so much more enjoyable. Why did it got scrapped anyway? Cuz they didn't have the resources to support an engine like that?

IMO, with this plan in mind I'd almost say; Do a re-make of MO or impliment the idea in some other future game.
Anyway, now we know the purpose of the lulu fund. Replacement idea to fill up the gap of lulu promoting trough getting factories straightend out again. No background whatsoever it would seem, just a fill up plan.
