I think we need a banners and avatars sub-forum, because this has absolutely nothing to do with anything, just like the other banner/avatar threads in this forum.

Champion idea, we could put all the signature requests there, encourage the arty people to start drawing and posting avatars there, and have it as somewhere to show off new avatars and signatures...
We could even have little competitions, like who has the best banner/avatar or whatever... Yeah that would kill a few hours.
