Not really, not in my opinion at least. The Kahnzumerz live in a symbiotic relationship with the indutrialist super powers. The glukkons need their moolah, and the Khansumerz need their products.
I don't think you should look at them as evil fat beings who just want more food, in the AE manuel, they said that the Khansumerz were the most important species on oddworld, the manuels (the ones I have at least), take it from the just native point of view. With that stated, can we conclude that the iomportance of Khansumerz may affect all of the species on oddworld? Yes, I believe so, they are at the top of the food chain, it all goes to them.
Let's say this, they decide to stop purchasing indutrial products, the effect is that the Magog Cartel begins to decline slowly, with no need for slaves, the mudokons are freed or rise up. So ha!
