Well of course. I'm not saying video games will work if you insert them in anything other than a computer.
I know the 360 is undoubtedly more powerful than
some PCs, but if the top-of-the-range PCs are more powerful than any gaming console there'd be little need to produce a game so high in quality that it has to be lowered in quality for the other platforms.
