Hmm, I've heard of people accidentally being killed when people attach big CO2 thingies to their paintball guns. I don't know if any time resulted from a normal shot but I do vaguely recall a woman being killed because someone's CO2 thingy was improperly attached and shot off. It killed the woman instantly after hitting her in the back of the head. Freakish accident indeed.
