Nate has a point with the virusy thing, for if the small chip was used for the same purpose, one would have to be connected to the internet for the key log to be sent to a government site (unless it was sent to a
iSatellitey-thingamagic v247, but then some kind of connection would have to be established, and someone would notice it somehow).
