ch.15: A sligs first glimpse. On a whole new odd
"So your name is Roit? That's a very odd yet attractive name." Says Job in a reply to the steef's name. He never knew such a creature could exist. So naative and free but strong in nature. All the muds he ever saw needed a weapon of some sort to survive. Yet from first glance it seems like this steef can take down a whole army of sligs.
"Why thank you there. Now that we have me covered. What about you? I never really saw a....thing like you." Jobe was kind of taken aback at the sudden question. Especially since Roit diden't know what he was but still saved him anyway.
"Well then my name is Jobe and i'm a slig." Said Jobe as calmly as he can. He looked at Roit and noticed seeing him a little confused. "A slig eh?" Said Roit in some curiosoty. "Are you some kind of outlaw who takes care of the slegs?"
"The what? What the heck are slegs?" Said Jobe confused. "Hmm.... So if you don't know what they are then you must not be one.." Said roit scratching his chin in thought. "Can you please answer my question...Um...Roit?" Said Jobe with some annoyance in his tone.
"Oh right slegs." Said Roit a little stupidly and out of his train of thought. "Well slegs are nasty little critters mate. They're like chippunks, but bigger and longer teeth and much more carnivorous." "Chippunks?" Asked Jobe with even more curiosity. "Hah I guess I should tell you the basics about everything in western mudos. Don't worry it won't take long."
So there Jobe sat at the comfy bed learning about the basics in this strange oddworld. What really caught his attention was the steef hero Stranger. Who saved the mudokon like species known as grubs from extinction. Even though this oddworld here is so different. It seems eerily strange.
How there was a hero for a weak species. How that the villians known as outlaws were money hungry and greedy. Also how a dangerous octigi known as Sekto is so relativly close to the glukkons. As the day passed Jobe learned. As he learned he knew more ways of defense, offense, and how to get back at the betraying glukkons.
