I grew up on old games.
For a long time I just had an NES and about four or five games.
Finally after a long time, I got an N64.
Then it was several years until I got a gamecube, then an Xbox, then a ps2.
I'll take an NES any time compared to my crappy Xbox now.
The hunk of crap can't even read new games.
