Not to mention nintendo being one of the oldest gaming companies out there. and who knows? Maybe the Revolution will not be so much into the kiddy gaming part if the industry.

Age doesn't mean anything. Playstation didn't have any predecessors in it's back catalog, and it was ultimately more popular than the Nintendo64 that had several consoles before it.
I don't see OWI using the PS3, you know, what with their ditching of Sony for Microsoft t begin with. It would be like dating an ex.
