I started this stupidly named topic after reading UnseenProphet's comment about the ending to Max Payne.
Anyway, which games do you think had
good endings? Both Oddworld games finished well, even if AO was a bit abrupt, and Tim Schafer's efforts at Lucasarts always had great finales.
On the other hand, most games end terribly...Messiah was awful, Half-Life made me want to kill myself and The Longest Journey couldn't have drawn to a close more crappily unless a giant
The End...or IS it?? marquee had rolled onto the screen.
