I feel that they wear what they do or act the way they act is because they don't want to fit in, that's why my friend became an Emo, she's still a good friend, just dressed differently. I agree about the adopting a "style", but it doesnt make them any more stupid. And really if you want to stand out in a crowd put some make up on (like I do  , I'm not a hardcore transvesitite, I put it on because I got sick of people telling me how I should dress and how I should 'present' myself, your going to die anyway just do whatever you want)
